One of this nation\'s most cherished icons is actually possibly one of its most detrimental to its health. Learn about possible Coca-Cola health dangers and how to guard against them. It\'s simpler than you think.
Years ago as this writer passed a soda pop machine at college, the service man changing the plastic dispenser bottles showed me the empty container of Coca Cola. Total corrosion had set in from the acidic content in the soda to the point of showing hole openings in the container. Since that day, to this writer’s mind there are too many possible Coca-Cola health dangers to be overlooked.
Over the years this writer has also had a growing epiphany concerning an uncoordinated but insidious conspiracy throughout the U.S. by certain federal agencies, the food industry, certain “whole food” companies, Big Pharma (pharmaceutical companies) and the U.S. health care system in general. Moreover, there seems to be a common denominator found in all before listed: they are all profit-driven and generally void of scruples for the consumer’s well being.
There are many health dangers in the food industry but let us begin with one of our nation’s best known icons: Coca-Cola. Please consider the following facts obtained from certain research concerning Coca-Cola health dangers.
1. Two gallons of Coke are commonly carried in the trunk of state trooper patrol cars to wipe clean highways of blood after auto accidents. Additionally interesting is that a raw steak will only last for two days in a container filled with Coca-Cola. Read on...
2. Perhaps one of the best toilet bowl cleaners is citric acid found in Coca-Cola when poured into a toilet bowl and flushed away after one hour.
3. Aluminum foil dipped in Coca-Cola is the best way to get rid of rust from car battery terminals. In
addition, many car mechanics swear by Coca-Cola to clean engines and have done so for way over 30 years.
Now for further information concerning Coca-Cola health dangers, phosphoric acid active ingredient in Coca-Cola, dissolves a nail in four days. If arthritis and osteoporosis lurks in your body, perhaps the phosphoric acid in Coke has been sucking the calcium from your skeletal system over the years; moreover, it is also a major contributor to the rising increase of unstable blood sugar levels along with caffeine found in coffee, chocolate, tea, and other soda drinks. Coca-Cola has been part of many American diets since 1884 and generations have grown up with it. Unfortunately, so has the incidence rate of many diseases in the U.S. A quick look at further statistics will hopefully help enlighten the reader more as to possible Coca-Cola health dangers. But first a look at an official Coca-Cola company website declaration:
“While caffeine may have a mild, short-term diuretic effect in individuals who do not normally consume caffeine, studies have shown that this is not the case for people who regularly consume caffeine. As a result, a report on water needs released in 2004 by the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences concluded that all beverages, including those with caffeine, contribute to hydration.(2) [The company seems to be in denial.]
Conversely, let us examine what H2O will do, or the lack thereof.
Chronic dehydration strikes up to 75% of the U.S. population. In the U.S. 37% of the population find themselves constantly thirsting for water due to their debilitated hydrating system, thereby mistaking thirst for hunger.
Researchers have found that even in the cases of “low” dehydration the metabolism of persons can be slowed down by as much as 3% while lack of water many times will provoke excessive fatigue during daylight hours. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, (ADHD), producing short-term memory loss and difficulty concentrating and focusing can be helped immensely by simply eliminating sugary sodas and replacing them with 8 glasses of water daily.
Since 1977, the Coca-Cola health dangers have been known by the pubic but no thanks to the USDA and FDA: low sperm count, tooth decay and stomachal hyper-acidity, using genetically altered plants as a source of corn syrup and cancer producing caramel coloring are just some of adverse Coca-Cola health dangers. Clearly, there is a problem as the public becomes more keenly aware of the contradiction between Coca-Cola health dangers and the company PR image of being a wholesome beverage. By being better informed of the past and present Coca-Cola health dangers, the public can fight back to regain its health and protect future generations from the many possible Coca-Cola health dangers.
