Today, it has become a necessity to buy organic foods. However, by knowing which foods are the most treated and sprayed, one can do much to make of eco-friendly choices in the food selection for oneself and one’s family.

Absolutely. I read this before and thought I commented, but I guess not. Anyway, even if it stretches your food budget, it's very important to avoid pesticides, herbicides, hormones and genetically modified foods. We simply don't know how much damage these things are doing, but we can take a peek by the rising levels of cancer, heart disease and other life threatening health problems.
